BMB HOLDING has opened a new multifunctional complex, BMB BUSINESS MARKAZ, in Jizzakh, bringing together retail, food service, commercial facilities and future education projects. The total investment amounted to UZS 27.5 billion, with the project financed entirely from the holding's own funds.
The official opening ceremony took place on 28 August 2026, ahead of Uzbekistan's 35th Independence Day celebrations.
The event was attended by BMB HOLDING founder Aziz Mamatkulov, Jizzakh Mayor Komil Kholmurodov, Bobur Umurzakov, head of the Jizzakh Regional Territorial Administration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, and labour veteran Saidulla Shukurov.
The complex is located at 44A Sharof Rashidov Street in the Navruz mahalla of Jizzakh. Construction began in August 2025 and was completed one year later. BMB High-Tech served as the project's general contractor.
The five-storey building is equipped with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, video surveillance, and modern heating and cooling systems. It also includes a lift with a capacity of up to two tonnes and an 800-square-metre parking area.
During the first phase, the lower floors began operating with BMB Market, stores under the SABER brand and the Z BURGER fast-food chain.
The next phase will focus on education. Plans include the opening of a modern training and education centre and a Book Cafe on the upper floors. The project is intended to expand opportunities for young people and other residents of the region to acquire new knowledge and practical skills.
BMB BUSINESS MARKAZ represents another BMB HOLDING project aimed at developing modern commercial and service infrastructure in Jizzakh.
