As the national saffron cultivation develops in our country, the geography of its export is also expanding.
Now, one of the most populous countries in the world, China, has opened its doors to Uzbek saffron grown on the land of Bakhmal. After several years of deep and analytical inspections, the interagency commission of Uzbekistan and China concluded that saffron has received the necessary certification.
For reference: BMB Za'faron product at the beginning of this year received the USDA Organic certification (an ecological certificate developed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture) for the first time in our region, allowing Uzbek saffron to enter the American markets.
