Centrum Holding Plans IPO in Q1 2027 and Targets $1 Billion in Exports

Uzbekistan-based private logistics group Centrum Holding plans to launch an initial public offering in the first quarter of 2027. The company also aims to raise exports to $1 billion by the end of 2026 while continuing a major expansion of its aircraft fleet.
Centrum Holding founder and CEO Abdulaziz Abdurahmanov disclosed the plans in an interview with O’zbekiston 24. According to him, the group currently operates nearly 30 aircraft, divided roughly equally between cargo carrier My Freighter and passenger airline Centrum Air.
The holding plans to increase its fleet to 40 aircraft by the end of 2026, 65 in 2027 and 100 by the end of 2029. The company has already signed contracts covering more than 50 aircraft.
Centrum Holding also expects exports to reach $1 billion this year, taking into account the potential of its land and air logistics operations. Abdurahmanov said the group is currently valued at approximately $2 billion.
The company had previously announced plans to enter public markets within one to two years, with the London Stock Exchange under consideration as its primary listing venue. In February, investment firm Oppenheimer and Citibank signed an agreement to support the planned IPO. At the time, the companies said the offering could raise around $600 million through the sale of approximately 30% of the shares at a valuation of $2 billion.
Centrum Holding was established in 2019 as a cargo aviation operator. The group now includes cargo and passenger airlines, a tourism business, logistics centers, a railway fleet, terminals and port infrastructure. Its revenue reached $1 billion in 2025, while its workforce stood at around 5,000 employees.
