A criminal case has been launched in Andijan against a man who deliberately disabled 52 traffic control devices designed to monitor road rule violations.
According to the Department of Internal Affairs, a 49-year-old local resident used a "SKRET" brand pneumatic rifle to shoot at 51 Hikvision photo and video surveillance cameras and one radar complex installed at 29 intersections across the city. He admitted that he did this out of frustration over multiple traffic fines.
