Complaints concerning harassment or violence committed by employees responsible for the portal, their direct supervisors or officials will also be automatically forwarded to a higher-level authority. For private-sector organizations, similar functionality will be created in the &ldquo;dmi.mehnat.uz&rdquo; information system by December 1 for voluntary use. Uzbekistan plans to launch the “Safe and Respectful Workplace” information portal by December 1, 2026. The platform will allow employees to submit online reports of workplace harassment and violence, while cases will be digitally reviewed and monitored.
