Following reconstruction, Karshi State University has gained even greater opportunities for education and research
The university currently enrolls over 14,000 students across bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, offered through full-time, part-time, and distance-learning formats. The faculty consists of 579 instructors.

Special emphasis is placed on aligning educational programs with international standards. The fields of English philology, mathematics, applied mathematics, and physics have received international accreditation. Furthermore, 14 joint educational programs are being implemented in partnership with universities in Russia and Belarus.

The Faculty of Languages now features a modern media studio with a capacity of 1,000, as well as dedicated centers for the study of Chinese, German, French, English, and Russian. Within the framework of international programs, the university provides training for simultaneous interpreters. An international laboratory hub, comprising seven distinct laboratories, conducts research in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics.

Extensive construction and reconstruction work was carried out at the university last year.

Student living conditions have been significantly improved; the construction of three new dormitories has added over 1,300 beds, fully meeting the demand for student housing. The university campus also includes a kindergarten with a capacity of 240 children, a library, dining facilities, a youth center, and a conference hall. A football team, "Lochin," has been established at the university, supported by a newly constructed, modern training pitch.

The President also inspected the operations of the university’s student service center.

With this, the Head of State concluded his visit to the Kashkadarya Region and returned to Tashkent.
