Qatar's foreign ministry: Israel agreed to ceasefire, Hamas not against it either
The government of Israel has agreed to the terms of a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

This is reported by Al-Jazeera with reference to the Foreign Ministry of Qatar.

It is reported that Qatar received initial positive confirmation of the terms of the deal from the Palestinian movement Hamas.

On 28 January it became known that Qatar, the United States and Egypt are finalising an agreement on a temporary truce between Israel and the Palestinian movement Hamas. The agreement provides for two stages and will cease fire in the Gaza Strip for two months.
