KPI Evaluation for Leaders Starts in 93 Organizations

The Cabinet of Ministers issued a resolution on July 31, 2024, No. 463 "On measures to organize the evaluation of key performance indicators (KPI) for leaders and deputy leaders of republican and local executive authorities and economic associations."
A list of 93 entities, including ministries, committees, agencies, inspections, companies with state shares, and associations, whose activities will be evaluated based on KPIs, has been approved.
Regulations on the procedure for evaluating the activities of leaders and their deputies based on key performance indicators have also been approved. The evaluation will be conducted through the "samaradorlik.uz" platform.
Republican and local executive authorities, as well as economic associations, will develop their KPI indicators and a roadmap for achieving them and submit these to the Cabinet by December 15. The KPIs will be approved by January 15, and the Civil Service Development Agency will enter these data into the "samaradorlik.uz" platform by January 25.
