Uzbekistan is scaling its industrial presence in the region, elevating the promotion of domestic brands to a new international level. In Bishkek, the grand opening ceremony of the extensive national stand "Made in Uzbekistan" took place on the sidelines of the prestigious SCO exhibition. Bringing together the core drivers of the Uzbek economy—ranging from heavy manufacturing to cutting-edge digital solutions—this high-tech exposition captured the direct attention of heads of line ministries and major business figures from the participating states.
In Bishkek, the national stand "Made in Uzbekistan" was launched at the first International Exhibition Ala-Too Trade & Industry Expo 2026, convened on the sidelines of the 4th Meeting of SCO Industry Ministers. The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan Bakyt Sydykov, alongside corporate and state delegates.
Laziz Kudratov presented the investment, industrial, and innovative capabilities, as well as modern achievements of Uzbek enterprises to the guests. The exposition highlighted five pivotal vectors of the republic's technological advancement: the electrical sector, construction materials manufacturing, the automotive and chemical industries, and the structural potential of IT Park Uzbekistan. The showcased products generated immense interest among attendees, underscoring the success of MIIT’s structured initiatives to bolster global industrial cooperation.
