Artykhojaev additionally proposed applying a private-sector model to the construction of administrative buildings in New Tashkent, with private companies financing construction and the state subsequently leasing the facilities on a long-term basis. He said long-term contracts could enable companies to attract loans and foreign financing. The entrepreneur estimated that the model could generate more than 100,000 jobs. He also reported that a facility in Akhangaran had already exported $100 million worth of products to the United States, with the figure expected, according to him, to reach $200 million by the end of the year. The legal framework for establishing toll roads is also enshrined in the new version of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan &quot;On Roads,&quot; adopted on August 5 of this year. Furthermore, the availability of an alternative toll-free road for drivers is a mandatory requirement. The new road, built between Urgench Airport and the city of Khiva, is designed to ensure safe, fast, and comfortable travel for residents and tourists. The project includes the construction of 35 kilometers of road, one underground tunnel, eight overpasses, 15 bridges, and 106 culverts. While the current road from Urgench to Khiva takes 45-50 minutes, the new four-lane highway will reduce travel time to 15-17 minutes. The road has a daily capacity of over 30,000 vehicles. Service facilities and facilities meeting international standards are planned along the highway.
