Pensions, salaries, and scholarships are being increased in Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree on the phased increase in the amounts of pensions, benefits, wages, and scholarships. From July 1 and August 1, 2025, payments will increase by 10%, and key basic amounts will be revised.
In order to improve the living standards of the population and strengthen the social protection of citizens, new payment amounts will come into force in Uzbekistan from July 1 and August 1, 2025. According to the presidential decree, the following will be increased by 10%:

The expenses for increasing payments will be covered by the State Budget and the Extrabudgetary Pension Fund under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Employers were recommended to bring their salaries in line with the new minimum wage.
Control over the implementation of the decree is assigned to Prime Minister A.N. Aripov, and personal responsibility for its implementation is assigned to Deputy Prime Minister D.A. Kuchkarov.

- salaries of employees of the budget sphere and scholarships (from August 1).
Key changes:
From July 1, 2025:
- minimum old-age pension - 918,000 soums;
- disability pension - 1,012,000 soums;
children's benefits:
- 360,000 soums - for a child under 3 years of age,
- 275,000 soums - for a child from 3 to 18 years old,
- 165,000 soums - for the second child,
- 110,000 soums - for the third and subsequent children;
- Material assistance to low-income families - 420,000 soums per month.
From August 1, 2025:
- minimum wage (MWR) - 1,271,000 soums;
- Base calculated value (BCV) - 412,000 soums;
- the basic amount for calculating pensions (from July 1) is 471,000 soums.
The expenses for increasing payments will be covered by the State Budget and the Extrabudgetary Pension Fund under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
