Qarshi to Build 360-Place Kindergarten and Fully Renovate School No. 43
Uzbekistan
Saida Mirziyoyeva, Head of the Presidential Administration, visited educational institutions in Qarshi: School No. 43, Kindergarten No. 1 and the Kashkadarya Advanced Vocational Excellence Technical School. The visits highlighted the need to upgrade educational facilities and provide children with better learning conditions.
During the inspection of the school and kindergarten, Mirziyoyeva drew attention to the poor condition of the buildings. The kindergarten is in an emergency state, while the school classrooms are cold and equipped with old desks.
“It was difficult to see the kindergarten in such a poor condition, with cold classrooms and old desks at the school. But childhood cannot wait, and we must address these problems without delay,” she said.
A new kindergarten with a capacity of 360 children will be built on the site of the existing facility. School No. 43 will undergo a complete renovation and be transformed into a modern educational institution. The upgraded school is expected to feature advanced laboratories, active creative clubs and an inclusive environment for children with special needs.
The delegation also visited the new Kashkadarya Advanced Vocational Excellence Technical School. Mirziyoyeva said she was encouraged by the enthusiasm and confidence of the young students looking ahead to their future.
“Our main goal is to ensure that all our children grow up and study in truly достойные conditions, from their first steps in kindergarten until they enter adulthood,” the Head of the Presidential Administration stressed.
The planned improvements are aimed at modernising Qarshi’s educational infrastructure and ensuring better conditions for children at every stage of their education, from early childhood to vocational training.
