"At the meeting, [Chechen Prime Minister] Muslim Magomedovich [Khuchiev] made a proposal to appoint Aishat Kadyrova, who served as the Chechen Republic's culture minister, to the post of deputy chairman of the Chechen government," Kadyrov said and expressed support for the proposal.

Aishat Kadyrova noted that she had made a great contribution to improving the activities of the Republic's Ministry of Culture and had accumulated work experience.

She was awarded this medal for "defending the constitutional rights and interests of citizens, developing the social and cultural life of the republic" and "contributing to the preservation and promotion of cultural and cultural life in Chechnya".
