Talks on Ukraine are moving forward

Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Russia’s special presidential representative for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, has reported progress in negotiations aimed at resolving the Ukraine crisis.
“There is good, positive movement forward,” he said. Dmitriev noted that attempts by certain European countries and the UK to interfere do not hinder the process; on the contrary, they make the progress achieved even more evident.
