Despite a dip in sales during the first half of 2025, Toyota Corolla remains the world’s top-selling vehicle, continuing its dominance in the global auto market.
According to analytics portal Focus2move, Toyota Corolla once again led global car sales in the first half of 2025. Though its sales fell by 8.4%, it still secured the number one spot in the rankings.
In second place is the Toyota RAV4 with a 7.4% drop in sales, while Ford’s F-Series pickups took third place with a 0.5% increase.
The Tesla Model Y came in fourth despite experiencing a 26.9% decline in sales.

Toyota Hilux

Notably, the Toyota Corolla holds the title of the best-selling car of all time, with over 50 million units sold worldwide.
