More than 100 representatives of Kazakhstan's private sector took part in the Uzbekistan–Kazakhstan Business Forum held in Tashkent. The event served as a platform to discuss new investment projects, strengthen industrial cooperation, and deepen direct business ties between the two countries.
The forum was organized on 5 August at the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" as part of the visit of the Kazakh delegation to Uzbekistan.
Its primary objective was to expand bilateral trade and economic cooperation, promote joint investment initiatives, and advance industrial partnerships. This year's forum was held in a renewed format for the first time, combining traditional B2B meetings with an open discussion platform where business representatives exchanged practical proposals and discussed current challenges and opportunities.
Among the participants was Khayrulla Nabijonov, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of BMB HOLDING, who held a series of B2B meetings with executives of leading Kazakh companies. The discussions focused on expanding export cooperation, developing industrial partnerships, and identifying new areas for joint projects.
According to the organizers, the forum marked another step toward strengthening the economic partnership between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan by creating new investment opportunities and expanding direct business engagement between entrepreneurs from both countries.
