Uzbekistan to launch 10 new international bus routes by the end of 2024

Uzbekistan plans to launch 10 new international bus routes by the end of 2024. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Transport.
It is noted that from January to April 2024, 173,000 passengers were transported on international bus routes, an increase of 15% compared to the corresponding period in 2023.
In 2024, it is planned to open 10 new international bus routes:
Samarkand – Bishkek, Bukhara – Bishkek, Bukhara – Astana, Samarkand – Turkestan, Bukhara – Turkestan, Shakhrisabz – Turkestan, Samarkand – Dushanbe, Bukhara – Dushanbe, Tashkent – Ufa, Tashkent – Krasnodar.
It is worth noting that currently, 196 buses from 32 local and foreign carriers operate on 37 routes to Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
In 2024, it is planned to open 10 new international bus routes:
