The forum was attended by First Lady of Uzbekistan Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, First Lady of the Republic of Turkey Emine Erdogan, First Lady of the Islamic Republic of Iran Jamileh Alamolkhoda, First Lady of Kyrgyzstan Aigul Japarova, representatives of international and regional organisations, young eco-activists.

At the opening of the forum, Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zamin Foundation, addressed the young eco-activists:

"The main participants of the forum are you. We have gathered here today to recognise your leadership in the fight for a clean, healthy and sustainable environment. The signing of the regional strategy to promote a culture of sustainable development and engage youth and children in the climate agenda, developed jointly with our neighbours as a result of the Samarkand Environmental Camp, will be an important step towards a new future," Ziroat Mirziyoyeva said.
