Winners of the National Award "Renaissance" announced

Today in the Renessans hall palace in Tashkent the awarding ceremony of the winners of the National Award "Renaissance" was held.

Each winner of 9 nominations of the award received a statuette of the National Award "Renaissance", a cash prize of 50 million sums and diplomas.

In particular, journalist of Mening yurtim channel Yulduz Olimova became the winner in the nomination "Best journalist of socio-political TV programme".

Nurzodbek Vokhidov was recognised as "The Bravest Journalist of the Year". Asrorhodzha Abrorhodzhaev, honorary journalist of Zo'r TV, was awarded the nomination "Best Journalist of Cultural and Educational TV Programme".

Jahangirkhan Olimov, TV journalist of Sevimli TV, was recognised in the nomination "Best TV news journalist". Sardorbek Isroilov, journalist of Renaissance TV channel, was recognised as "The Best Journalist on Ecology".

This award also includes the nomination "Best Journalist Covering Regional Issues on Television". Zafarjon Jarkinov, journalist of Vodiy TV, was recognised as the winner in this nomination.

The work of Zainabkhon Jumanazarova, journalist of S-Iqbol Fm radio, was highly appreciated as "The best journalist covering regional issues on radio". Akmal Mirzayev, journalist of radio Oriat dono, was awarded the title of "Best Journalist of Cultural and Educational Radio Programme". Journalist of Navro'z Fm radio Gozal Karimova was recognised as "Best Radio News Journalist".
