Special attention was given to the creation of an Uzbekistan&ndash;China Artificial Intelligence Center. The practical phase of constructing the China&ndash;Kyrgyzstan&ndash;Uzbekistan railway has begun. In Tashkent, the Olympic Village was completed with the support of China&rsquo;s Eximbank. Educational cooperation is growing rapidly: branches of the Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, the International Mathematics Center, and Xi&rsquo;an Petroleum University have been opened. Plans include the opening of a branch of Beijing Institute of Technology and the creation of &ldquo;Lu Ban Workshops&rdquo; to train specialists in energy, engineering, AI, medicine, and agriculture. The two countries also agreed to expand Chinese language studies, increase quotas for Uzbek youth, and strengthen cultural and tourism exchanges. A visa-free regime has been introduced, the number of flights has increased, and joint exhibitions and cultural centers are planned. The commitment to continue cooperation within the UN, SCO, and the &ldquo;Central Asia&ndash;China&rdquo; format was reaffirmed. President Mirziyoyev invited Xi Jinping to visit Uzbekistan.
