The meeting was attended by leaders of 17 forensic institutions from TSET member countries. The memorandum signed in Baku opens new opportunities for standardizing forensic practices, enhancing quality management systems, developing scientific research cooperation, training personnel, and expanding information exchange among TSET countries.
