Diyora Keldiyorova - First Olympic Judo Champion from Uzbekistan
The gold medal of our compatriot is inscribed in golden letters in the history of not only Uzbek but also world judo. Our experienced judoka, competing in the 52 kg weight category, defeated Distria Krasniqi of Kosovo, the champion of the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics in the 48 kg weight category, in the final.

Dear compatriots, thus Diyora Keldiyorova became the first Uzbek judoka to win the Olympic champion title. Moreover, after 16 years, an athlete from Uzbekistan has once again climbed the Olympic podium.

Congratulations to all fans of Uzbek sports on this historic victory! We wish all our athletes such bright victories in future performances! We are proud of you, Diyora!
