The development of an inclusive society, the modernization of the vocational education system, and the creation of equal opportunities for the self-realization of youth with special needs became the central themes of the humanitarian agenda during the high-level interstate dialogue. As part of the official visit of the Federal President of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, to Uzbekistan, a warm meeting took place between the First Lady of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, and the First Lady of Germany, Elke Büdenbender. Following their conversation, the spouses of the heads of state paid a joint visit to the International Inclusive Hub, operating under the National Agency for Social Protection.

During the detailed tour, the high-ranking guest was introduced to the multi-faceted activities of the hub. The institution's primary efforts are focused on integrating advanced educational technologies into the field of special vocational training, as well as providing systematic support to young individuals, including persons with disabilities, in acquiring professions that are highly sought after in the modern labor market. The First Ladies personally inspected the active training workshops, learned about the center's innovative projects, and engaged in an open dialogue with the students. Concluding the visit, Elke Büdenbender expressed deep appreciation and highly praised the practical steps being taken by Uzbekistan in building an inclusive environment and expanding opportunities for the younger generation.
