The project includes a biolaboratory and sewing workshops. Particular attention is paid to the recycling of waste generated during the production process. Specifically, waste from used fabrics in the sewing workshops is not discarded. It is processed and returned to yarn using modern, high-speed equipment. The annual fiber production capacity in this area is 5,000 tons. This is crucial for the efficient use of resources and environmental sustainability. The total cost of this project is $7 million, and it is located on a 3.3-hectare site. The enterprise provides permanent employment for 500 people. Furthermore, the use of energy-saving technologies in production further enhances its economic efficiency. Currently, solar panels have been installed on the plant&#39;s premises, enabling the efficient use of renewable energy sources in the production process. This, along with reducing the plant&#39;s energy costs, contributes to the implementation of &quot;green economy&quot; principles. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev toured the production process and held a warm conversation with workers in the sewing workshop. &quot;I am pleased to meet you. To this end, a scientific advisor has been assigned to the regional khokim (mayor) to ensure synergy between science and practice. Hydroponic cultivation involves growing strawberries without soil, using special nutrient solutions. The plant roots develop not in soil, but in a well-draining coconut substrate. Essential minerals are delivered directly to plants through water, reducing energy expenditure and accelerating growth. Yields are several times higher than with traditional methods. Furthermore, hydroponic technology allows for large-scale production in a small space. Most importantly, the absence of soil reduces water consumption by up to 80 percent. Since the risk of plant diseases is minimal, the use of chemicals is minimized. This ensures environmentally friendly products and fully complies with modern requirements. Water-saving technologies have been implemented in the greenhouse. Specifically, a large reservoir has been built to collect rainwater and use it efficiently. Automated hydroponic equipment, solar panels, and energy-saving lighting systems have also been installed, reducing production costs. The importance of such projects in ensuring a stable year-round supply of agricultural products is emphasized. Information on the entrepreneur&#39;s future plans is also provided. In particular, plans are underway to expand the project and build new greenhouses on an area of 60 hectares. As a result, production volume will increase to 300,000 tons per year. New jobs will be created.
