In celebration of June 1—International Children's Day—the Joint Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan organized an exclusive excursion for the children of the ministry's employees and its systemic organizations. The core objective of the initiative was to introduce the younger generation to the nation's aviation industry.

The young guests visited the domestic terminal of Tashkent International Airport, where they got an up-close look at the ATR-72 and L-410 airplanes, as well as the Airbus H-130 helicopter. The children were also introduced to the operational workflows of the air traffic control tower and the Tashkent Automated Air Traffic Control System Center. The absolute highlight of the tour was the visit to the National Airline's Training Center, where the schoolchildren tested advanced, state-of-the-art Full-flight simulators for the Il-114-100, A-320, and Boeing-767 liners. The project allowed the children to experience the aviation profession from the inside, inspiring many to pursue future careers in this field.
