Head of Zelensky’s office submits resignation letter
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on November 28 that Andriy Yermak had filed a resignation letter. Zelensky stated he intends to launch a “complete reset” of the Presidential Office, with consultations on Yermak’s successor scheduled for Saturday.

Earlier on Friday, investigators from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) conducted searches at Yermak’s home. Media reports suggest the investigation may relate to his alleged connections with businessman Timur Mindich, a key figure in a major corruption case.

Ukraine is currently dealing with a widespread corruption scandal in the energy sector. NABU and SAPO announced they had uncovered a large-scale corruption scheme in the state-owned company Energoatom. The operation has been code-named “Midas.” Amid the investigation, the ministers of energy and justice have already resigned.
