Israel blocked humanitarian corridor to Gaza

Israel stopped sending humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, citing the completion of the first phase of the prisoner exchange agreement and Hamas's refusal to accept American proposals to continue negotiations.

Israel blocked humanitarian corridor to Gaza
The Israeli authorities stated that the supply of any goods to Gaza has been completely halted since morning of March 2nd. In response, Hamas called this decision a "war crime" and an attempt to pressure the Palestinian side, and called on the international community to intervene.

Meanwhile, Israel accepted the US proposal to temporarily cease fire during Ramadan and Passover (April 12-20). However, Hamas accuses Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of creating an artificial crisis and violating agreements for political gain.

Israel's decision threatens to exacerbate the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, where millions of people depend on external aid.
