Meeting with Students in the Senate

On April 6 of this year, a meeting with first-year students of the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan was held in the Senate of the Oliy Majlis. The event was organized to enhance the students' legal and political literacy and strengthen their practical knowledge and skills regarding the public administration system and the work of parliament.

During the meeting, the students engaged in an open dialogue with senators, including members of the Committee on Judicial, Legal, and Anti-Corruption Issues and staff of the Senate.

At the event, Senator Zumrad Bekatova, who serves on this committee on a permanent basis, spoke in detail about the reforms initiated by the head of state, the policy aimed at promoting the country's interests in the international arena, and the positive results achieved.

The senator also highlighted initiatives aimed at supporting students, youth, and women, emphasizing the importance of the work being done in this area.

During the dialogue, the students asked questions and expressed their opinions on public administration and the work of parliament.

At the end of the event, participants were given a guided tour of the Senate building.
