Meta may soon launch an alternative to Twitter

Instagram Facebook's parent company Meta has been testing Project 92 for several months now, which could compete with Twitter. This is reported by Forbes.
In March, Meta told techno journalist Casey Newton that, in her opinion, the company has the opportunity for a separate space where creatives and public figures can share updates about their interests in a timely manner.
And in May, Bloomberg reported that Meta has been quietly testing the project with celebrities and influential people in society for several months and may be ready to launch it in June.
Judging by the screenshots provided by The Verge, this application is very similar to Twitter, which means that it will also have verified users, Like, Share buttons, as well as the ability to exchange messages.
"The launch date or the official name of the application is still unclear," the message says.
