New Appointments in Tashkent Span Culture, Energy and Public Administration

Tashkent has made a series of appointments across the cultural, public administration and energy sectors. Among them, comedian Shukrullo Ahmadkulovich Isroilov, who previously worked at the state institution Uzbekconcert, has been appointed deputy head of the Tashkent Department of Culture.

Bekzod Bahrom ugli Bahromov has been appointed head of the Tashkent Department of Culture. He graduated from the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan and the Batyr Zakirov National Institute of Variety Art and is a recipient of the Nihol State Prize. Since 2021, he has held various senior positions within the department.

Isroilov graduated from Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies and Tashkent State University of Economics, specializing in international relations. He has been awarded the Dustlik Order and the Madaniyat va San’at badge.

Umidjon Gayratjon ugli Asatullaev has been appointed head of the Tashkent City branch of the Agency for Management Efficiency under the President. He previously served as deputy head of the same branch.

In the energy sector, Ahror Afzalkhanovich Ashrafkhanov has been appointed director of the Tashkent City Territorial Branch of Regional Electric Networks JSC. He graduated in power engineering and accounting and has worked in various positions at Tashkent City Electric Networks JSC and its sectoral branches since 2004.
