The complex is located along the M-39 highway - one of the country's key transport arteries, making it a convenient place for rest and service on the way. The facility became the holding's third project commissioned in 2025.

The modern multifunctional center includes a 45-bed hotel, a restaurant, a parking lot, a car wash, and a laundry. The complex is designed according to modern design and engineering standards, which emphasizes its high level and compliance with the current requirements of the tourism industry.

The total cost of the project was 15 billion soums. In addition to its obvious contribution to the tourism sector, the implementation of BMB VILLAGE contributes to the creation of new jobs and stimulates the development of the region's social and economic infrastructure.

The project was implemented within the framework of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5611 dated January 5, 2019, providing for the accelerated development of tourism and the creation of modern infrastructure along highways.

As a reminder, the first BMB VILLAGE complex was opened in November 2024 in the Chinoz district of Tashkent region. The holding's immediate plans include the construction of similar facilities in other regions of the country.
