President announces “Business in 15 Minutes” initiative
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has announced the launch of a new simplified business registration system — “Business in 15 Minutes” — to be implemented in 2026.

Under the new initiative, all key processes will be integrated into a single electronic service package. At the registration stage, entrepreneurs will be able to:

obtain a digital signature;

open a bank account;

sign a rental agreement if necessary;

register a cash register with tax authorities;

automatically notify state bodies responsible for the relevant field of activity.

As a result, the time required to start a business will be reduced from the current 7 days to just 15 minutes.

According to the president, this reform aims to create the most favorable conditions for entrepreneurs and significantly accelerate business activity in the country.
