In all regions of Uzbekistan, enterprises in high demand are being established, contributing to the creation of new jobs, the development of industrial sectors, and the improvement of the population's well-being.

In the Zaamin district of the Jizzakh region, about 300 projects worth 1.8 trillion soums have been implemented over the past five years as part of investment programs, creating more than three thousand new jobs.

Zaamin, located in the central part of Uzbekistan with access to the railway and a recently expanded and reconstructed airport, is becoming a favorable platform for industrial development. Together with the Chinese company "Mingyuan," a special industrial zone called "Technopark" is being created here.

Four hundred hectares of land have been allocated for the technopark, a targeted infrastructure program has been approved, and 160 billion soums have been allocated. Thirty projects have already been formed, with Chinese investors committing 1.2 billion dollars.

Enterprises producing high-value-added and import-substituting products in demand in foreign markets will be created in the technopark. Projects are planned in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, building materials production, furniture industry, food industry, and services.

These projects will create more than 5,000 jobs, produce industrial products worth 4.7 trillion soums, and generate an export potential of 70 million dollars.

An International Center for Experience Exchange and Engineering will be established within the technopark to train qualified specialists for industrial enterprises. Additionally, the construction of an office center, residential buildings, an eco-park, a large exhibition hall, and a shopping center is planned.

At the ceremony, the head of state pressed a symbolic button, launching the construction of the first investment projects in the technopark, and wished businesspeople success in implementing these modern projects.
