President signs Law: Combat Readiness of armed forces and law enforcement agencies will be further strengthened

With the Law No. 1008-O'RQ signed by the President on November 29, amendments and additions were made to certain laws.
The amendments and additions include the introduction of restrictions related to the service of military personnel and law enforcement officers.
In particular, military personnel and law enforcement officers will be prohibited from engaging in entrepreneurial activities, receiving any rewards, benefits, or gifts in exchange for performing or not performing their official duties for the benefit of physical and legal persons, and from using privileges, preferences, or advantages related to their service status that are not provided for by law.
The combat readiness of the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies, as well as the effectiveness of their operational activities, will be further increased.
The law will come into force one month after its official publication.
