The decree to this effect was signed by Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Farrukh Omonov was born in 1988. He graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He began his career at the Ministry of Finance and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
