Representatives of Tashkent schools are studying approaches in Moscow to early career guidance and preparation of students for medical professions. The exchange is taking place במסגרת the “Tashkent Experience” project.

The Uzbek delegation includes heads and deputy heads of general education schools, as well as chemistry and biology teachers. During the visit, they are examining how medical-focused education is organized in schools and exploring modern teaching methods.

Particular attention is being paid to advanced teaching of chemistry and biology, the establishment of specialized medical classes, the use of modern school laboratories and targeted preparation of students for careers in healthcare. The delegation is also studying approaches that combine theoretical education with practical and professional training at an early stage.

The main objective is to identify Moscow practices that could be adapted for schools in Tashkent. The focus includes increasing students’ interest in medical professions and developing relevant skills before they enter higher education.

The visit is ongoing. Its results are expected to form the basis for practical proposals on introducing effective educational models and further developing medical-focused education in Tashkent schools.
