The organizers of the Summer Olympics in Los Angeles have revealed the official calendar of the Games. The competition will begin on July 12, 2028, two days before the opening ceremony. The finals, medals, and culminating matches are scheduled by hour.

The Organizing Committee of the 2028 Olympic Games, which will be held in Los Angeles, has published the official competition calendar. The games will be held from July 14 to 30, however, tournaments in individual sports will begin on July 12. On this day, matches in football, rugby-7, field hockey, handball, water polo, and cricket kick off.

The opening ceremony is scheduled for July 14th and will be held simultaneously for the first time in history at two venues: the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and SoFi Stadium. The next day, July 15th, medals will begin to be awarded - the first sport in which the Olympic gold will be awarded will be triathlon.

The most exciting day of the Olympics will be July 29th, when the final competitions are planned in 35 disciplines at once. The final day, July 30, will be a venue for decisive matches in team sports - basketball, handball, water polo, and others, and will be closed with a solemn ceremony.
