Inha University in Tashkent was opened in 2014 in collaboration with Inha University in the Republic of Korea, becoming the first Korean university established outside Korea. The university trains specialists in the fields of information and communication technologies, business, and logistics, producing bright and successful individuals who are in demand both domestically and internationally.
IUT was the first to initiate transparent exams, held in a large hall under the supervision of observers and dozens of surveillance cameras. To ensure the transparency of the examination process, representatives from Inha University's faculty in South Korea arrive in Tashkent annually.
Education at IUT is based on an international credit system, allowing students to individually plan their educational process by accumulating credits. The importance of the credit system lies in the fact that academic programs are tailored to meet labour market requirements. The educational process is fully organized according to the standards of Inha University in the Republic of Korea, and all instruction is conducted in English.
IUT is the first university to offer an international Korean diploma from Inha University in South Korea to students in Tashkent's School of Business and Logistics, School of Computer and Information Engineering, and MBA programs. This international diploma is recognized worldwide, providing students with greater career opportunities globally. Furthermore, the IUT diploma is identical to the diploma from Inha University in South Korea.
