It was reported that the First Deputy Minister of Culture of Uzbekistan Avazkhon Tadjikhanov and the First Deputy Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan Farid Jafarov took part in it.

"These days, the ‘Days of Azerbaijani Culture’ events are being held in our country in an upbeat spirit. It is worth noting that this unique friendship holiday program covers interesting and important directions. It is a convenient opportunity to become more familiar with the culture and art, literature, national traditions and values of Azerbaijan. In particular, the opening of the literary corner of Azerbaijan in the National Library of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi will rediscover the work and creativity of the unique poet and thinker Muhammad Fuzuli,” the report says.

It is worth saying that Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan have come and gone with each other since time immemorial and have enriched their culture. In addition, the two peoples share the same religion, values, traditions and language. Uzbeks and Azerbaijanis can understand each other without a translator.

It should be noted that on June 11, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated the participants of the Days of Azerbaijani Culture.
