The Procedure for State Purchases via Corporate Bank Cards Has Been Established
The government customer, using a procurement card, applies to the issuing bank in accordance with the legislation to open a procurement card account for the purpose of making state purchases.

In this regard, a separate bank transit account is opened at the issuing bank for each relevant personal treasury account of the budgetary customer.

The transfer of salaries, equivalent payments, pensions, benefits, scholarships, and dividends to the procurement card is prohibited, as well as withdrawing cash and purchasing foreign currency using the card.

Government customers are not allowed to use procurement cards for participation in auction trades conducted to reduce the initial price.

The list of accountable persons authorized to use the procurement card is determined by an order (instruction) of the head of the government customer. These accountable persons must be employees of the respective government entity.
