As of June 1, 2024, the country's gold and foreign exchange reserves reached $36.6 billion, according to data from the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.
In May, Uzbekistan's gold and foreign exchange reserves increased by $1.5 billion. By the end of May 2024, the volume of currency assets amounted to $9.3 billion, increasing by $1.3 billion compared to the beginning of the month.
The volume of deposits of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan in other central banks and the IMF increased from $416.4 million to $422.7 million.
