Jyoti's left hand measures 7.1 cm (2.79 in), and her right hand measures 7.2 cm (2.83 in). To put this in perspective, these measurements are half the height of a Coca-Cola bottle (12.2 cm; 4.8 in) and smaller than the diameter of a baseball (7.4 cm; 2.9 in).

A standard iPhone looks gigantic in her hands.

Surprisingly, her hands are larger than those of the world's shortest man, Iranian Afshin Ghaderzadeh, who is 65.24 cm (2 ft 1.69 in) tall.

Afshin's left hand measures 6.7 cm (2.63 in), and his right hand measures 6.4 cm (2.51 in).

For information, the world's tallest woman is Turkish web designer Rumeysa Gelgi. She was recorded as the world's tallest woman in 2021. Her height is linked to the rare Weaver syndrome. According to reports, Rumeysa is one of only 27 women worldwide diagnosed with this condition.

27-year-old Gelgi also holds records for the largest hands (24.93 cm), the longest torso (59.90 cm), and the longest ears among women (average size 9.58 cm).

Indian actress Jyoti Amge was born with a bone growth disorder called achondroplasia. She starred in the TV series American Horror Story: Freak Show and is recognized as the shortest actress in history.
