According to the head of state, over the past six months, about 12,000 crimes have been committed in the neighborhoods that could have been prevented ahead of schedule. 50% of crimes related to murder and bodily injury are committed as a result of family conflicts and regular quarrels, 70% of burglaries are committed due to unemployment and lack of material resources, and crimes among young people and adolescents occur mainly due to family environment and lack of legal literacy.
"Even in fact, ensuring the peace of the inhabitants should begin with the area. But how satisfied are our people with the situation with the suppression of crime in the neighborhood?" the president asked.
“Among them, there are a number of leaders who put personal interests above their professional duties, which are not suitable for work in law enforcement agencies,” the head of state said.
