A new concept that the USA is considering regarding Ukraine envisages economic reforms in Kiev and an end to the regime of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

The new concept also envisages support for the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Valeriy Zaluzhny. This was reported by US journalist and Pulitzer Prize winner Seymour Hersh in his blog on the Substack platform, citing sources in the US administration.
