USA Farm Labor has been recruiting foreign workers under the H-2A program for over 22 years and cooperates with more than 1,400 farms and ranches across North America.

During the online meeting, the parties discussed procedures for selecting candidates from Uzbekistan and mechanisms for their recruitment. As a result, a cooperation agreement was signed, and both sides agreed to begin implementation in the near future.

Under the agreement, workers will be employed for 9 to 10 months, with an average monthly salary of around $3,500. Accommodation costs will be covered by employers.

Priority will be given to qualified specialists with experience in agriculture.

The program is expected to mark a new stage in Uzbekistan’s labor migration policy, expanding employment opportunities and increasing incomes for citizens.
