Uzbekistan is expanding international cooperation in the development of horseback archery. A memorandum aimed at promoting this traditional sport and training athletes of international level was signed in Hungary.

The cooperation agreement was signed during an international General Assembly in Hungary between the International Horseback Archery Alliance and the Horseback Archery Federation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The document was signed by the president of the international organization Alan Le Gall and the head of the Uzbek federation Bakhromjon Valievich Gaziev.

The memorandum provides for systematic cooperation between the parties, promotion of horseback archery, organization of international competitions, and the introduction of modern standards in athlete training, coaching, and judging.

The agreement also aims to actively attract young people to equestrian sports and strengthen international cooperation in this field.

In recent years, Uzbekistan has placed special emphasis on developing physical culture and sports, as well as preserving and promoting national traditions. Horseback archery, which has deep historical roots in the culture of the peoples of Central Asia, is now experiencing a new stage of development and is becoming an important part of the country’s modern sports infrastructure.

The memorandum is expected to expand international cooperation, facilitate the exchange of experience with leading global experts, and improve the training level of Uzbek athletes on the international stage.
