The 9th meeting of the Ministers of Education of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) took place in the Kazakh city of Turkistan. Uzbekistan was represented at the event by Sardor Rajabov, First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations, who delivered a comprehensive report. The delegates discussed expanding educational cooperation among Turkic nations, advancing academic mobility, and enhancing the operations of the Turkic Universities Union (TURKUNIB) alongside the "Orkhun" academic exchange program.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain active efforts toward strengthening ties in education, science, and innovations, working collectively toward a unified educational space for the Turkic world.
