Uzbekistan's Foreign Ministry condemns Israeli strike on Iranian consulate in Damascus
"We strongly condemn the air strike on the Iranian consulate building in Damascus (Syria), which resulted in several casualties and destruction on the premises of the diplomatic mission. We consider the attack on diplomatic and other representations of foreign states to be an absolutely unacceptable situation and a gross violation of the principles and principles of international diplomatic law," the statement said.

It should be reminded that Israeli forces on Monday around 19:00 Tashkent time launched six missiles from F-35 fighters in the Mezzeh district in western Damascus, where the embassy and consulate of Iran are located. At least 13 people were killed, including seven Iranian military advisers, including two senior generals of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and six Syrians. The consulate building is completely destroyed. Iranian Ambassador Hossein Akbari was on the scene but was not injured.
