The first open championship of Asia in the intellectual game “Zakovat” ended in Tashkent. Saida Mirziyoeva was also present at the closing ceremony. 55 teams from 14 countries of the world took part in the tournament, the total prize fund of which amounted to 200 million soums.

The first open championship of Asia on the intellectual game “Zakovat” has ended in Tashkent. The closing ceremony took place on August 13 in the open pavilion "Uzbekkino". The ceremony was attended by the head of the department for communications and information policy of the executive office of the presidential administration, Saida Mirziyoyev.

“I congratulate all the participants, their parents and mentors. I hope that Tashkent will turn out to be a fulcrum for all of us, which will turn the world upside down ... In the direction of cooperation, science, friendship and humanity,” Saida Mirziyoyeva wrote on her Telegram page.

The tournament, the total prize fund of which amounted to 200 million soums, was attended by 55 teams from 14 countries: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Russia, Belarus, Armenia, UAE, Denmark, Israel, Latvia, Germany, Cyprus.

The tournament, which consisted of six rounds, 90 questions, was full of intense struggle, and the winners were determined using additional questions and answers. Game result:

1st place GG team (Uzbekistan-Armenia-Kazakhstan, prize 100 million soums);

2nd place team "Bor ship" (Russia, 60 million soums);

3rd place Basenji (team of Russia and Kazakhstan, 40 million soums).

Also, within the framework of the Asian Open Championship, a "Brain Ring" tournament was held. In the final in the Zakovat matches, the champion of Uzbekistan, the Mystery team and the Basenji team met. As a result, the Basenji team won, becoming the first winner of the Asian Open Cup.
