15.5 billion dollars were invested abroad in Uzbekistan during the first half of the year

The entire amount invested in capital was 229 trillion sums. Additionally, 15.5 trillion soums in subsidies and 82 trillion sums in loans were provided for entrepreneurship, employing 600,000 individuals in the business sector.
The work completed in the first half of the year and upcoming assignments are the topics of a meeting of video selectors being chaired by Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the president of Uzbekistan. According to Videoselector, Uzbekistan received 229 trillion sums in capital investments in the first half of the year. 15.5 billion of these are investments made abroad.
Since the beginning of the year, 3,000 projects worth 3.5 billion dollars have been launched, and 76,000 high-income permanent jobs have been created.

More than 4 thousands neighborhoods have specialized in industry and agriculture, and 1 million 600 thousand residents have been officially employed due to the beginning of experiments in Saykhunabad, Uychi, Zarbdar, and Gijduvan, and the economic complex was reduced to a neighborhood.
